Do I need to bring linens?
No, sheets and towels are provided in each Private Home & Condominium.
Is housekeeping available?
Each Private Home & Condominium is professionally prepared for your comfort and enjoyment. Daily cleaning services are available for an additional fee.
Is in-room dining available in the Private Homes & Condominiums?
Our limited menu in-room dining service is available to Lodge Village and River Lodges units only. Pizza delivery is available to Private Homes & Condominiums.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, we encourage you to bring to your pet to any of our pet friendly accommodations. There is a non-refundable $75 fee added to your room charges. Our pet friendly homes are limited and we recommend you call in advance to reserve. We can also recommend a local pet sitter if needed.
Is there a cleaning fee for Private Homes & Condominiums?
Yes, a one time cleaning fee is required based on the size of the accommodation, ranging from $45.00 to $129.00. If you are staying 7 or more nights, housekeeping provides an additional complimentary mid-stay clean.
Can we use the resort pools if staying in the Private Homes & Condominiums?
Yes, you will receive a card that gives you access to all three swimming pools, tennis courts and discounts on all resort owned recreation.
Do the Private Homes & Condominiums have washers & dryers?
Yes, each of the units has a washer and dryer available for the guest to use.
Do I need towels for the pool?
Yes. Private Homes & Condominiums provide standard bath towels only.
Can I play Crosswater if I am staying in a Private Home & Condominum?
Yes, you can play Crosswater if you are staying in a Sunriver Resort Private Home & Condominium. Tee times can be made when booking your reservation.
Do I have access to the Sage Springs Club & Spa?
Yes, Spa services are open to the public and as a guest of the resort you will have access the Club and Fitness Center as well.
