Great to see the moutain open in mid November. Check out Mt. Bachelor's 2009 opening day video. Just a 20 minute drive from Sunriver Resort with free shuttles to and from the mountain for resort guests.

Sunriver Resort's annual Traditions holiday event is only 15 days away. This month-long celebration of the holidays starts in earnest with the Grand Illumination on Friday, Nov. 27, and culminates with the Polar Bear Plunge on New Year’s Day. In between, Resort guests and the general public will find more than 150 family-friendly activities and events created in the spirit of holiday tradition.
