We took a 30 minute bike ride around Sunriver Resort yesterday to capture some of the deciduous trees doing their fall thing. The aspens, maples and river grasses should be a bright yellow, red and orange for another few weeks before the first snow flies over Central Oregon. Check out the gorgeous photos below.

Right now everyone here at Sunriver Resort is getting their skis tuned and geared up for the upcoming ski season, me included, but it is never too early to start working on that swing for next spring! I’m talking about golf not baseball!

We are proud to announce that the Inaugural Sunriver Marathon for a Cause raised over $16,000 for the Oregon and SW Washington Affiliate of Susan G, Komen for the Cure. Thank you to everyone who participated; runners and volunteers. We hope you will join us next year, September 1-2, 2012 for another run through some of Central Oregon's most scenic trails.
Sunriver Resort is known as a base camp for all Central Oregon outdoor recreation and sightseeing. The video below was shot over three days this past summer in Sunriver and at various locations within a 25 mile radius, including: Benham Falls, Lava River Caves, Paulina Peak, Fall River and the Cascade Lakes (best viewed at 'Full Screen').
