Having been in golf for nearly 20 years, my fondest memories are of my days as a junior when scores and advanced technique mattered all too little. Looking back, it seems that the most appropriate word to describe those experiences is FUN. Since then, I have been fortunate to work closely with juniors of all ages and have come to realize that the most important ingredient introducing young people to golf is indeed FUN. For many juniors, the introduction to the game comes with clubs that do not fit and technical instruction that leads to misunderstanding and frustration.
