Arriving 30 minutes early allows time to change, shower and relax in our steam room,hydrotherapy spa or relaxation lounge, or simply to familiarize yourself with our facility. If you arrive late, please note that your treatment will end as previously scheduled as a courtesy to the next guest.
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please observe our 24-hour cancellation policy to avoid being charged in full for the scheduled treatment.
To ensure your privacy and comfort, our therapists are professionally trained in proper draping procedures. During all body treatments, your body is fully draped except for the area being treated. Robes and slippers are also provided for your comfort in the privacy of the spa's locker rooms.
Lockers are provided, but please do not bring valuables to the spa.
Drink plenty of water before and after all spa services. We discourage the consumption of alcohol prior to, during or immediately following treatments. Please do not bring cellular phones to the spa. We highly discourage shaving within 24-hours of treatment.
Gratuities are not included in the price of our services. Gratuities may be given at your discretion; 15% to 20% is customary. An 18% gratuity will be applied to groups of three or more.
Minors under the age of 18 (facials and massages) must be accompanied by a parent of legal guardian during all spa services including facials, waxing, massages, and body treatments (excludes nail services). The parent or guardian must remain in the room for the full duration of the service.
