Here are answers to common questions regarding our spa services:
Appointments
Arriving 25 minutes early allows time to change, shower and relax in our steam room, Hydrotherapy spa, or relaxation lounge, or simply familiarize yourself with our facility. If you arrive late, please note that your treatment will end as previously scheduled as a courtesy to the next guest.
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please observe our 24-hour cancellation policy to avoid being charged in full for the scheduled treatment.
Privacy
To ensure your privacy and comfort, our therapists are professionally trained in proper draping procedures. During all body treatments, your body is fully draped except for the area being treated. Robes and slippers are also provided for your comfort in the privacy of the spa’s key-access locker rooms.
Valuables
Lockers are provided, but please do not bring valuables to the spa.
Suggestions
Drink plenty of water before and after all spa services. We discourage the consumption of alcohol prior to, during, or immediately following treatments. Please do not bring cellular phones to the spa. We highly discourage shaving within 24-hours prior to body treatments.
Children
Minors are welcome to experience nail and facial services with a guardian’s approval. Massage and body treatments are for our guests 14 years and older.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of service, and may be given at your discretion; 15% to 20% is customary. An 18% gratuity will be applied to groups of three or more.
