Hard Core | Tuesdays & Thursdays   6:15 am - 7:15 am

Wake up to this energizing class that will strengthen your core stabilizers by keeping you off balance using Reebok Core Boards. This is a great class to get you in shape for all your seasonal activites but is limited to 11 people, so be sure to sign up!

Indoor Cycling   7:30 am - 8:30 am

This will prepare our novice riders to participate and feel comfortable in our cycling classes. You will learn the basics of bike set-up, hand positions, body positions, alignment and cardiovascular conditioning. New participants will be introduced to rides that include interval, strength, endurance and recovery in a fun, music fill environment.

Sivananda Yoga   8:45 am - 9:45 am

Sivananda Yoga is a great medium-paced yoga practice. All levels welcome.

Zumba   10:00 am - 11:00 am

Come dance with us! This high tempo class is a fusion of Latin dance moves and a cardio workout. It is sure to get your heart pumping!

Cycle Cross   12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Join us for this fun indoor cycle class! You will get a great cardiovascular workout on the bike and then hop off for some weight training! This is a great class for all levels!

Yin Yoga | Tuesdays   4:00 pm - 5:15 pm

Yin Yoga is a passive form of yoga in which the poses are held for longer periods of time in order to focus on the connective tissues of the body, focusing on creating greater flexibility in the spine, hips and legs. This practice is perfect for anyone who feels as if they may enhance their ability within their favorite sport, or gain greater comfort in their life with an increase in flexibility to the low back, pelvis, hips or hamstrings, while learning to release tension in the mind and still the thoughts. Suitable for any level of practitioner.
