Burn & Build Bosu   6:15 am - 7:15 am

Work on your balance and core while burning tons of calories! Utilizing the BOSU Balls, this workout incorporates weight and strength training to really AMP up your workout!

Water Fitness | Mondays & Wednesdays & Fridays   7:00 am - 8:00 am

Low impact water exercise is the perfect way to increase metabolism, build muscle tone & strength and improve balance and coordination . All fitness levels welcome, including non-swimmers.

Indoor Cycling   7:30 am - 8:30 am

This will prepare our novice riders to participate and feel comfortable in our cycling classes. You will learn the basics of bike set-up, hand positions, body positions, alignment and cardiovascular conditioning. New participants will be introduced to rides that include interval, strength, endurance and recovery in a fun, music fill environment.

Mat Pilates   9:00 am - 10:00 am

Mat Pilates offers an integration of classical and contemporary Pilates, focusing on a whole body approach. Stretching and strength exercises are performed on a beginner to intermediate level. Maximum of 10 capacity for this class.

Cardio Interval   11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Join us for this fun Fitness Class that incorporates a little bit of everything! We will be outside when it is warm power-walking and strength training!

Stretch and Restore Yoga   3:30 pm - 4:30 pm

This very relaxing class incorporates deep stretching while calming the body and mind.

Pickleball   4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Come try the fastest growing sport in Central Oregon. Pickleball is a court sport which combines elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis. The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a badminton court. The net is lower than most other racquet sports allowing for fun and fast paced play. The game is played with a hard paddle and a wiffle like ball. All levels are welcome. The instructor will be on hand to facilitate play and offer instruction. Some demo paddles will be available, please wear court shoes. Resort guest fee - $7.50

Cardio Circuit   4:15 pm - 5:00 pm

Circuit Training will take place on the fitness floor with music. This class is super fun and a great work out!
