Hard Core | Tuesdays & Thursdays   6:15 am - 7:15 am

Wake up to this energizing class that will strengthen your core stabilizers by keeping you off balance using Reebok Core Boards. This is a great class to get you in shape for all your seasonal activites but is limited to 11 people, so be sure to sign up!

Take a ride with us! Conquer hills, speed down mountains and enjoy the music while sweating , burning calories and taking care of the cardiovascular aspect of your training routine on the low impact cycling trip.

Lunch Crunch is back by popular demand! Join Jason for this 30 minute class that focuses on abdominal core strengthening!

Stretch and Relax Yoga | Monday   4:00 pm - 5:15 pm

This very relaxing class incorporates deep stretching while calming the body and mind.

Indoor Cycle and Tone | Tuesdays & Thursdays   5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

This indoor cycling class provides fun and individually challenging and energizing rides set to music that will develop strength and cardio endurance while emphasizing proper form, positioning and technique. Riders determine their own level of challenge allowing both new riders and conditioned cyclists to be successfull.
