Wake up to this energizing class that will strengthen your core stabilizers by keeping you off balance using Reebok Core Boards. This is a great class to get you in shape for all your seasonal activites but is limited to 11 people, so be sure to sign up!

This will prepare our novice riders to participate and feel comfortable in our cycling classes. You will learn the basics of bike set-up, hand positions, body positions, alignment and cardiovascular conditioning. New participants will be introduced to rides that include interval, strength, endurance and recovery in a fun, music fill environment.

This indoor cycling class provides fun and individually challenging and energizing rides set to music that will develop strength and cardio endurance while emphasizing proper form, positioning and technique. Riders determine their own level of challenge allowing both new riders and conditioned cyclists to be successfull.
