Burn tons of calories and work on your core strength at the same time! This class incorporates resistance and weight training and is sure to leave you feeling great!

Low impact water exercise is the perfect way to increase metabolism, build muscle tone & strength and improve balance and coordination . All fitness levels welcome, including non-swimmers.

This will prepare our novice riders to participate and feel comfortable in our cycling classes. You will learn the basics of bike set-up, hand positions, body positions, alignment and cardiovascular conditioning. New participants will be introduced to rides that include interval, strength, endurance and recovery in a fun, music fill environment.

Intensify your yoga experience through nature. The practice of yoga offers a great balance of strength and flexibility. All levels welcome. Class meets on the Mt. Bachelor Lawn directly behind the Great Hall by the Sunriver River.

Circuit Training will take place on the fitness floor with music. This class is super fun and a great work out!
