Amp up your work out with this resistence and weight training class that is designed to BURN calories! Using the physioball also helps your core strength and balance!

Low impact water exercise is the perfect way to increase metabolism, build muscle tone & strength and improve balance and coordination . All fitness levels welcome, including non-swimmers.

This will prepare our novice riders to participate and feel comfortable in our cycling classes. You will learn the basics of bike set-up, hand positions, body positions, alignment and cardiovascular conditioning. New participants will be introduced to rides that include interval, strength, endurance and recovery in a fun, music fill environment.
