Water Aerobics   7:00 am - 8:00 am

Low impact water exercise is the perfect way to increase metabolism, build muscle tone & strength and improve balance and coordination . All fitness levels welcome, including non-swimmers.


Indoor Cycling   7:15 am - 8:15 am

Take a ride with us!  Conquer hills, speed down mountains and enjoy the music while sweating, burning calories and taking care of the cardiovascular aspect of your routine on the low impact cycling trip.


Outdoor Circuit Training   8:00 am - 9:00 am

How can one keep workouts lively, experience the all important benefits of strength training and get a healthy dose of the great outdoors?  This class utilizes resistance bands and your own body weight to create a total body strength work out.  As you work at your own pace, the class is suitable for all fitness levels.


Less Is More   10:30 am - 11:30 am

For those wanting a more GENTLE yet effective Toning and Stretching class. If you would like to build strength and stretch your tired, sore muscles, this class is for you!
