Low impact water exercise is the perfect way to increase metabolism, build muscle tone & strength and improve balance and coordination . All fitness levels welcome, including non-swimmers.

This will prepare our novice riders to participate and feel comfortable in our cycling classes. You will learn the basics of bike set-up, hand positions, body positions, alignment and cardiovascular conditioning. New participants will be introduced to rides that include interval, strength, endurance and recovery in a fun, music fill environment.

The ancient art of Tai Chi uses gentle, flowing movements to reduce the stress of today's busy lifestyles and improve health.

This class will allow you to move at your own pace, using a chair or standing for our stretching routine so there is no getting up off the floor. We will introduce resistance with hand weights or small soft weighted balls.

This class is a high intensity format using the Step. Basic and Choreographed step moves along with light and heavy weights, Body Bars and miscellaneous equipment. A complete workout that includes stretching, balance, cardio and strength and most important . . . safe and effective FUN! This is a 50 minute class, so come prepared to sweat!

Come try the fastest growing sport in Central Oregon. Pickleball is a court sport which combines elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis. The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a badminton court. The net is lower than most other racquet sports allowing for fun and fast paced play. The game is played with a hard paddle and a wiffle like ball. All levels are welcome. The instructor will be on hand to facilitate play and offer instruction. Some demo paddles will be available, please wear court shoes. Resort guest fee - $7.50
