    Work on your balance and core while burning tons of calories! Utilizing the BOSU Balls, this workout incorporates weight and strength training to really AMP up your workout!

    Indoor Cycling | Monday through Friday

    When: From July 01, 2014 to December 31, 2014

    7:30am - 8:30am

    This will prepare our novice riders to participate and feel comfortable in our cycling classes. You will learn the basics of bike set-up, hand positions, body positions, alignment and cardiovascular conditioning. New participants will be introduced to rides that include interval, strength, endurance and recovery in a fun, music fill environment.

    These classes are designed for the intermediate player with an NTR rating or 2.5-3.5. Class emphasis will be on efficient stroke production, footwork and movement along with singles and doubles play strategy.
