Recent storms in the high desert have brought considerable snowfall to Sunriver over the last few weeks. Over a foot of snow is currently on the ground, which is above average for this time of year (nearby Mt. Bachelor has a 53" base). Warmer weather is in the immediate forecast which will melt some of the white stuff in Sunriver, but right now we're enjoying the winter wonderland here in Central Oregon.
