• Submissions are reviewed by Sunriver Resort's Marketing Department and published at random.
• My e-mail address will only be used to notify me if/when my content has been published on sunriver-resort.com and to notify me of special offers and resort events that I have authorized above.
• I agree to the terms of Sunriver Resort's Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

By clicking on submit I acknowledge and accept the following:

• All material submitted (the "Submissions") to Sunriver Resort (the "Resort") become the property of the Resort and will not be returned. Without affecting any of your ownership rights to the Submission, by submitting your Submission, you grant the Resort an irrevocable royalty-free, worldwide right in all media (now known or later developed) to use, publish, alter or otherwise exploit your Submission and to sublicense such rights to a licensee at the Resort's discretion. You hereby forever release the Resort and any of its licensees, and all of their respective owners, employees, agents, representatives, managers, officers and directors from any and all claims you might have in connection with its use and exhibit of your Submission as set forth above. By making a Submission, you are promising the Resort that you are at least 18 years of age and have the right, power and authority to make a Submission and to agree to these terms. You also agree to sign any necessary documentation to effectuate the license and release contained in these terms. Your Submission must be your own original work and, by submitting your Submission, you represent and warrant that: it is your sole original work; and you have obtained any and all consents, approvals or licenses required for you to submit your Submission (including obtaining the written consent of all third parties, where applicable). Your submission must not contain material which is violent, pornographic or otherwise obscene, illegal or racially or otherwise morally offensive. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Resort and any of its licensees, and all of their respective owners, employees, agents, representatives, managers, officers and directors from and against any and all claims, losses, costs, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys fees and costs of suit) which arise out of any breach of this agreement or any of these covenants, agreements, obligations, rights, representations or warranties contained in these terms. You waive any claim of infringement (including without limitation any claim of copyright, trademark, patent, trade name or, trade secret) against the Resort or its licensees based upon access to or use of your Submission. The Resort is not obligated to use the Submission, and reserves the right to display, move and remove your Submission at any time for an unlimited number of times. If you do not want to grant the Resort the foregoing, please do not make a Submission. It is the Resort's policy to respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable international intellectual property law (including, in the United States, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act).
