(Sunriver, Ore.) —A second annual celebration of chocolate will take place this month at Sunriver Resort, offering decadent festivities for athletes and lovers alike. This year’s theme, “For Love and Chocolate,” will encompass all of the specials and events at the Resort during the month of February.  
 
Among the most popular events in this celebration is the second annual Run for Chocolate 5K run and walk. The USAT-certified course ambles through the wintery paths of Sunriver Resort, allowing runners to pause at a chocolate aid station along the way before concluding to enjoy decadent treats at the main lodge. Proceeds benefit New Generations Child Care, supporting their initiative to offer scholarships for local families.

Chocolate Sensation Spa Treatments at Sage Springs Club & Spa During the month of February, Sage Springs Spa is offering sensational chocolate spa treatments including Hot Chocolate stone massage and the Dark Chocolate Cocoa Bliss pedicure.
 
Wine, Beer, Chocolate Cocktail & Chocolate Tastings at the Sunriver Resort Main Lodge  Expert representatives help guests pursue a litany of culinary passions: wine, craft beer, infused liquors and chocolate! Tastings presented by Chateau St. Michelle Winery, Constellation Wines, Lillie Belle Farms, Goodies Chocolate, Widmer Brother’s Brewing, and other local partners during select dates at the Sunriver Lodge.  
 
Run for Chocolate 5k Race at the Sunriver Resort Main Lodge Run or walk in the Run for Chocolate 5k benefiting New Generations. With a Chocolate aid station and other chocolate goodies for all, runners are sure to enjoy this winter wonderland race. Tricia’s True Confections will provide truffles for each finisher.  
 
Four Course Beer & Chocolate Menu at the Owl’s Nest Bar & Grille Enjoy a decadent four-course dinner for two all month long at the Sunriver Lodge.
