SUNRIVER RESORT AND FULL SAIL BREWING PAIR UP FOR BREWMASTER DINNER

SATURDAY, AUGUST 15 Event Includes Four Course Meal Paired with Full Sail Brews for $59 Per Person

(SUNRIVER, Ore.)—Sunriver Resort will host its first Brewmaster Dinner of the summer on Saturday, August 15, offering a four-course evening of food paired with beers from Full Sail Brewing. The Resort’s executive chef, Fabrice Beaudoin, has partnered with Full Sail executive brewmaster James Emmerson to create a menu that pairs fine summer cuisine with craft brews from the Hood River-based brewery.

The evening begins at 6:30pm in the Fireside Room at Meadows Lodge with a brewmaster’s special selection and hors d’oeuvres, followed by a four-course menu that includes the following food and brews:
• First Course: Prince Edward Island Mussels steamed in green curry and coconut milk, paired with Full Sail IPA.
• Second Course: Yakitori Barbecue Chicken served with steamed rice and shiitake mushrooms, paired with Full Sail Wassail.
• Third Course: Slow braised pork belly served with prawns, oyster sauce glaze and kimchee, paired with Full Sail Amber.
• Fourth Course: Session black float (Session Black Lager with vanilla ice cream).
