SAGE SPRINGS SPA UNVEILS NEW LINE OF PRIVATE LABEL PRODUCTS
Locally produced skin care items are certified organic

SUNRIVER, Ore., Dec. 21, 2007 … Sunriver Resort’s Sage Springs Club and Spa has unveiled a new line of private label, organic products that have been made exclusively for the central Oregon-based facility.

The spa has partnered with local skin care expert Angelina Swanson to create four new private label products infused with plants and flowers from the High Desert.  Here is a closer look at the new products:

Hazelnut Apricot Exfoliating Cream— Light and moisturizing, this soft, creamy scrub is for all skin types, including sensitive skin.  Sage Springs Spa utilizes the new scrub their signature body treatment, which is accompanied by a Vichy shower.  It contains several skin conditioning oils including calendula, meadowfoam and shea butter. This cream rinses easily, leaving skin soft and glowing.

Three new oils were created to compliment the High Desert Oasis Aromatherapy massage.  The blends are distinct, and created to uplift, calm and soothe the body mind and spirit.

Spring Rain Massage & Body Oil — This healing blend of native Oregon botanicals and essential oils create an opening and grounding experience.

Oregon Flowers Massage & Body Oil —Settles the nerves and relaxes the body while relieving tension throughout.

Uplifting Massage & Body Oil —Gently stimulating and gently invigorating, this blend restores vitality and nourishes depleted energy.

All the body oil products are perfect for massage, in one’s bath or after a cleansing shower.  Moreover, all four new products are available for sale in the Sage Springs Spa retail store.

Angelina purchases as many local and organic ingredients as possible.  The botanicals used in Sate Spring’s products are carefully cultivated and minimally processed to maintain the integrity and potency of the plants and flowers.  This also ensures that they retain the highest level of nutrients and antioxidants possible for one’s health.

Sage Springs Club and Spa — located at Sunriver Resort, 15 miles south of Bend — is a two-level, 35,000-square-foot facility.  Since its debut in June 2002, Sage Springs has shown it hasn’t lost grasp of its Oregon roots.  The Spa has successfully and uniquely captured the spirit and essence of the state’s Willamette Valley region, where hazelnuts (Oregon leads the nation in the production of hazelnuts, with almost 98 percent of the national crop) are grown, by using the plentiful nuts as the key ingredient in its signature body treatments.

In addition to its 10 treatment rooms, the club features a conditioning center, movement studio, indoor tennis courts, lap pool and retail area.

Winter spa hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday; 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday; and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
