Resident
Initiation Deposit:  $20,000  
Monthly Dues: Local $357; Out of Area $242
Membership includes Crosswater’s exclusive Member amenities; dining, golf, exclusive use of the Resident Members Lounge and Locker Rooms, and full social calendar.  66 holes of golf without green fees: Crosswater, Sunriver Meadows, Sunriver Woodlands and Caldera Links.  10 day in advance tee times booking window and 50% of tee times before 10:00am on weekends and holidays are reserved for Resident Members. 
• 50% Off Current Initiation Deposit Normally $40,000
• Members are reimbursed up to 80-100% of the Membership Deposit, paid upon resale of membership by the Club
• Dues waived until April 1, 2009

Golf Membership
Initiation Fee:  $15,000
Monthly Dues: Local $357; Out of Area $242
Membership includes Crosswater’s exclusive Member amenities; dining, golf, and full social calendar.  66 holes of golf without green fees: Crosswater, Sunriver Meadows, Sunriver Woodlands and Caldera Links.  7 day in advance tee times booking window.

Young Executive Golf Membership
Initiation Fee:  $3,000 Down, $12,000 Due Upon Turning The Age Of 46
Monthly Dues: Local $357; Out of Area $242
Membership includes Crosswater’s exclusive Member amenities; dining, golf, and full social calendar.  66 holes of golf without green fees: Crosswater, Sunriver Meadows, Sunriver Woodlands and Caldera Links.  7 day in advance tee times booking window.
• Any person age 45 or younger
• Join now and pay no initiation fee until April 1, 2010
• $3,000 deferred until April 1, 2010 and $15,000 (locked in rate) less the $3,000 when the primary Member turns the age of 46
• 25% Off Current Initiation Fee Normally $20,000
• One Time, Non-Refundable Membership Fee
• Dues waived until April 1, 2009

Corporate Membership
Initiation Fee:  $15,000
Monthly Dues: Local $357; Out of Area $242
1st Designee $15,000, Each Designee Up To 3 $7,500 each
