Luxury (4-diamond): These properties have well-planned interiors with an updated design theme. Quality kitchens and bathrooms, with updates in all other rooms and amenities.
Moderate (3-diamond): These properties are clean and comfortable, have standard furnishings, kitchens and bathrooms, and fewer upgrades and amenities as compared to our 4 or 5 Diamond properties.
Economy (2-diamond): These properties have all our minimum requirements. Furnishings, kitchens and bathrooms may need updating.
