10 Fairway has one king size master bedroom downstairs and two kings and one queen size master bedroom upstairs (queen bedroom has a wood-burning fireplace), all suites with attached bathrooms.  Children will find plenty of space to play and sleep in their own upstairs den, with an adjacent bathroom, complete with entertainment area (TV/DVD), Foosball table, and loft with twin bunks. 

The 800 sq ft guest cottage has a king size bed and a day bed with trundle.  Guests will appreciate its nicely appointed kitchenette with a table that seats four, and its own entertainment (TV/DVD) area.  Perfect for in-laws, a young family that needs a little extra space, or a guest who just wants extra privacy. 

While offering the seclusion of a private estate, this home is only a few minutes’ walk to the Lodge, Sunriver conference facilities, Sage Springs Club & Spa, and Village Mall, and just a short bike ride to the new SHARC Aquatic Center.
