The huge center island with prep sink offers plenty of room to prepare a large meal for all your family and friends.

Also on the main level, you’ll find a mudroom as you come in from the two car garage, a laundry room, a hallway ½ bath, and the master suite. The master features a queen size bed, a mounted flat screen TV, and a comfortable chair with ottoman to relax in. The master bath features heated floors, granite counter tops and “his and her” sinks.

Head upstairs to find three guest suites. Two of the suites each feature 2 queen beds, a mounted flat screen TV, and attached full baths with a Jacuzzi tub. The third guest suite offers 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed, a mounted flat screen TV, and an attached full bath with “his and her” sinks. 

Down the hall, you’ll find a huge cinema room where the whole family can gather for a movie or to play their favorite video game on the X-Box 360. Sit back and relax on the leather sectional with recliners that will seat 10! If that’s not enough, there are two additional recliners to accommodate. Enjoy all the amenities of a movie theater with the large movie screen, projector, and surround sound. There is even a wet bar and wine fridge for refreshments and for added convenience; there is an attached full bath.

The other half of the cinema room can be partitioned off with a heavy curtain. Here, you’ll find a game room with a round table and assortment of board games. Take a break out on the attached balcony that looks over the picturesque Deschutes River.
