The large upper deck has access from the living room, dining room and master bedroom.  The deck was refinished with Trex in 2008 and has large hot tub (new in 2011) and a gas BBQ.  With one end covered, the deck is perfect for year round use. 

Venturing to the lower level guests will find a spacious den with queen sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV with DVD.  Off of the den are 2 bedrooms, a full bath, the laundry room and access to the lower deck.  The 2nd master, with it's own full bath, has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV and clock radio with i-pod dock.  The third bedroom has two full size beds and clock radio with i-pod dock.
