Fly Fishing
Sunriver Resort is one of only two Orvis endorsed fly fishing lodges in the state of Oregon. As an endorsed fly fishing lodge, Sunriver Resort must meet the highest standards of excellence in both accommodations and the level of the fishing experience provided. The Deschutes River forms two boundaries of Sunriver Resort and is recognized as one of the finest fly fishing rivers in Oregon for brown, rainbow and steelhead. Additionally, drift, float tube and wade fishing opportunities are in close proximity. Over 100 lakes and 450 miles of rivers and streams are located within one hour of the resort. sunriver Soaring
Get away from it all…3,000 feet straight up! Sunriver Soaring at the Sunriver Airport offers exhilarating one and two passenger sailplane excursions. Imagine the freedom you will experience as you glide silently above the Sunriver and Mt. Bachelor area, enjoying breathtaking sights and spectacular views. Sunriver stables
Explore the scenic back country of Sunriver and the Deschutes National Forest as you are guided through Sunriver's beautiful meandering trails. Guided rides available for guests of all experience levels from beginner to advanced.

downhill/waterfall mountain bike tour
This downhill/waterfall mountain bike tour is a safe, fun family excursion for all active ages. You will descend over six miles down a smooth gentle winding forest trail, on your mountain bike to the creek below.
