LIVE THE SPIRITED LIFE BY THE LAKES
Whether it's for a day, a week or a lifetime, Caldera Springs brings out the fun in everyone.
As a Family First Community™, Caldera Springs is designed to bring the entire family together—from the littlest tykes to the independent teens to fun-loving retirees.
Here's where you and your family can connect, breathe in fresh, pine-scented mountain air, relax, and enjoy a variety of activities with one another.
It all centers on the lakes—ideal for kayaking, canoeing, sailing and catching a wiggly prize on the fly. Both Obsidian and Trailmere Lakes are well stocked with Rainbow Trout. Central Oregon is also world-renowned for both its river and lake fishing and boating with 500 miles of rivers and 150 lakes ready for adventure.
Caldera Springs has miles of pathways for biking, walking or running plus an expansive grass park for all sorts of play. Outside the gates, you'll find hundreds of mountain biking and hiking tracks as well as those that hug the valley's rivers.
If golf is your game gather everyone together for a round of family-friendly golf at the Caldera Links and Golf Park. Or consider the fact that Sunriver offers three of Oregon's finest 18-hole championship courses. Together, Caldera and Sunriver offer 63 holes of spectacular golf.
Caldera's famously popular Quarry Pool is a marvel of moving and falling water. A comprehensive fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts, sport courts, and an interactive kids' playground highlight Caldera’'s resort-style amenities.
You'll also experience a full variety of winter enjoyment with cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at Caldera plus there's no better place for downhilling on skis or boards than Mt. Bachelor, which receives 370 inches of snow every year. Snowmobiling and ice-skating are nearby as well.
Healthier, happier kids—and parents, too. It's all in a day's fun.
FUN, HEALTHFUL DINING AT CALDERA SPRINGS
