An incredible day trip from Sunriver Resort is North Twin Lake about a 20 mile drive. Great place for picnicking, swimming and fishing. My family loves the peacefulness, the kids stroll down the sandy beach while the guys are out in the boat fishing for trout. No motors are allowed on the lake so no worries about the kids in the water. Wonderful for spending quality family time. You can build fires on the shoreline.. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Worth the drive out.
