Vacation Rental FAQ:
Where do I check in?
You may check-in for all privately-owned homes and condominiums directly at the home*. You will receive instructions on how to use our keyless entry system approximately two weeks prior to arrival. Check-in time begins at 4pm.
*If you are staying at Tennis Village or Wildflower Condominiums, please check-in at the front desk at the Sunriver lodge.
When is departure time?
The check-out time is 11am, sharp. A late check -out fee equal to one-half of the nightly rental rate will apply on late departures.
Is there a cleaning fee for homes & condominiums?
Yes, a one- time cleaning fee is charged for each guest stay. The amount of this fee is based on the bedrooms, baths and overall size of the accommodation you select.
Do I need to bring linens?
No, all of our vacation rentals have professionally laundered, high quality sheets and towels.
Do you provide paper products, soaps and other household supplies?
Yes - our vacation rentals are furnished with a supply of paper and soap products for use during your stay. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, face tissue, bath soap, shampoo, dishwashing soap, and a starter amount of laundry soap. For health and safety reasons, we do not provide any spices or condiments.
Is housekeeping available?
Each home & condominium that we manage is thoroughly cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival. Cleaning services during your stay are available for an additional fee.
Washers & Dryers?
Each of the homes and condominiums that we manage has a washer and dryer available. A starter amount of laundry soap is provided.
Is in-room dining available in the private homes & condominiums?
In-room dining service is available to Lodge Village and River Lodges units only.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, some of our homes and condominiums allow pets. Pet friendly accommodations are indicated on our website. A non-refundable $75 fee will be added to the cost of your stay when bringing a pet. Please note that you must advise us that you will be bringing your pet prior to your arrival. We can also recommend a local pet sitter if needed.
Is there room to park my RV?
Your vacation rental home is not able to accommodate RV parking. However, short-term RV parking is available to visitors at two designated locations within Sunriver. The cost is $10 per night, and is subject to availability. To reserve a short-term RV parking space, visit the Sunriver Owners Association website.
Can we use the resort pools if staying in a private home or condominium?
Yes, you will receive a guest card that gives you access to the North Pool operated by the Sunriver Owners Association. Beginning January 6th, 2014, guests of the resort can purchase discounted passes to the SHARC facility for $6 each at the Sunriver Resort lodge front desk. To learn more about fees, please visit the SHARC Webpage. Our guests also have access to our own private pool located in Sunriver Lodge Village. You will also be able to access the community tennis courts, located in several locations within Sunriver.
Are towels available at the pools?
The two community pools operated by the Sunriver Owners Association do not offer towels. Guests need to bring their own towels. We ask that you do not take the bath towels provided in your accommodation to these pools. The Sunriver Resort pool at Lodge Village does provide towels for our guests. You must bring your guest card to gain access to this pool.
Are bikes provided?
Some owners leave bikes at the home or condominium, and there may be some photos/images of bikes shown on our website. However, please remember that we cannot guarantee the availability, quality, condition or safety of these bikes. Guests are encouraged to either bring their own bikes, or rent bikes from our Bike Barn.
